Decorative grating
We offer you a vast selection of forged and cast iron decorative elements for the railing, which will complete its unconventional and historical character. You can choose from simple and more ornamental elements. We can also produce a railing element according to your pattern (from a casting), but only up to a quantity of 10 pieces. Otherwise the quality of the shapes and surface cannot be maintained, and a new model must be produced. In the case of production according to your piece (casting), however, the casting must be completely free of defects (cracks, damaged parts) and deformations. In case you do not have such a sample, we can offer you the production of a new patternl according to your sample casting. Even if the sample casting is damaged, the pattern maker or the design department can remove the defects during production of new model. The price of the pattern device is determined by its complexity, as well as the expected number of pieces. For large series, a model must made of a more durable material - metal, plastic (which, however, will reduce the price of the casting in machine moulding). If it is only a small quantity in ten or more pieces, the price of the model device will be significantly cheaper. If you have a classic pattern device, we will produce for it only for a small fee for adjusting the model for production.
